Details that change the job
A normal curbside pickup differs from a low garage, damaged vehicle, locked wheels, or specialized carrier request. Distance, tolls, waiting, and difficult loading can also affect the total.
Questions to ask
Provide both addresses and ask what the quote includes: hookup, mileage, equipment, tolls, waiting, payment methods, and cancellation terms. Clarify how the price changes if the vehicle condition differs from the initial description.
Confirm before agreeing
The website does not promise a flat price or immediate arrival. Availability, equipment, service provider, timing, and the final amount are confirmed by phone before dispatch.
