A practical first conversation
The most useful call identifies the vehicle, what happened, the exact pickup position, and where the vehicle can be received. Those details help the operator assess equipment and availability.
Service shaped by the city
Manhattan pickups can involve narrow streets, heavy traffic, garages, loading zones, and managed buildings. We ask callers to share those conditions early rather than assume every pickup works the same way.
Clear terms before dispatch
A call is a request, not a guarantee of service. Confirm the provider, truck type, arrival estimate, route, payment terms, and final quote before accepting dispatch.
Have these details ready
- Manhattan-centered requests
- Vehicle and access details
